We recommend signing up for a yearly service agreement for the following reasons:

- Will save $100s of dollars in most situations when the volume is over 1000 copies/month. Don't take risks. It is like insurance on the car. You probably will not get into an accident but for your copier you will have one sooner or later....

- Will give you a priority to be serviced over per call customers.

- Will make sure we have parts available in stock so no waiting to order parts.(No guarantee for per call customers for any parts in stock. It takes days to order sometimes).

- Will make sure all parts that are needed to be changed from the first call and no worry about any immediate future jams or issues.

- Will upgrade or update any software from the manufacturer when it becomes available(you don't get that if you are not under contract)

We offer 3 different programs:

Program #1   Includes all labor and consumable parts: drum kit, PM kit, fuser roller, cleaning blades.  Excludes toner and  paper.
(Network connectivity/issues are not included and to be billed serpartely. Durable parts such as HD,scanner unit, and other major parts are not covered) Starts @ $950/year! (black copies only)

Program #2    Includes all parts and labor <$75. Excludes the following supply items:drum kit, pm kit, fuser roller,brushes, cleaning blades, toner bags, paper and all other non consumable parts. Starts @ $750/year!
 
Program #3    Includes all labor and travel time. Excludes all supply items and parts. Starts @ $450/year!

Copitone Inc. will provide a periodic service call for cleaning and check up every three months!
